Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe.
I have had this recipe for chocolate chip cookies for over ten years and it never fails. The ingredients make over 80 of these yummy cookies and the best part is they freeze really well.
11/4 Cup Castor Sugar
400g Can Condensed Milk
5 Cups Self Raising Flour
250g White Chocolate Bits
2 x 250g Dark Chocolate Bits
Preheat oven to 180c
Grease all your baking trays.
In a VERY LARGE bowl, cream the butter, sugar and condensed milk.
Add chocolate bits and flour mixing well.
Roll into small balls.
Place onto greased tray and flatten slightly with a fork. Allow enough room around each cookie for it to spread.
Bake for 15 – 20 minutes.
Allow to stand on tray for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
Put on the kettle, sit back and enjoy a cookie or two with a cup of tea.
