This week the Nervous Chef made a Cheese Log. This is a handy recipe to have, especially this time of year with lots of Christmas parties and break ups.

Over the Christmas period I served it at open studios, when family and friends dropped in, and took it to parties. It was quite a hit and no one would ever know I was a Nervous Cook!
Beware though, it is very moreish once you start you won’t be able to stop.
Ingredients

250g cream cheese

250g grated cheddar cheese
-
1 stick of celery
-
1/4 red Capsicum, finely diced
-
3 gherkins, finely diced
-
1/4 red onion, finely diced
-
Splash of Worcestershire sauce

Paprika
-
Curry Powder
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, celery, gherkins and onion.
Step 2
Form into logs or balls and coat in equal amounts of paprika and curry powder
