A Passion for Creating

For more than 20 years, I have explored a wide range of mediums including acrylic painting, mixed media, textiles and specialising in wire sculpture, and encaustic wax art. Each new material brings fresh opportunities for experimentation, and I love transforming the unexpected – even discarded objects – into unique and treasured artworks.

Based on the beautiful escarpment in Toowoomba, I am fortunate to work every day in my expansive studio space. It is rarely still; I often have several projects underway at once. While it may look a little chaotic, the energy and flow of the creative process inspires me, and I am never short of ideas.

My Artistic Process

Experimentation is at the heart of my practice. I continue to explore new mediums and techniques, producing a diverse body of work. Wire is used extensively in my art, as I find its versatility allows me to create fluid, sculptural designs full of movement and life. Encaustic wax – with its luminous, layered depth – has become a signature medium in my practice.

Recognition and Commissions

Over the years, my award-winning art has been exhibited widely across Australia, and commissioned pieces now hang proudly in private collections, residences, and businesses both locally and internationally.

Why Choose Original Art

Art has the power to transform a space and bring personality into your home. When you buy original artwork, you are investing in a one-of-a-kind creation – a piece that carries the time, care, and creative spirit of the artist. Many of my works take days and weeks to complete, making them truly special additions to any collection.
